Scholarships funds will be applied directly to the tuition bill for each awardee unless otherwise specified.

It is MANDATORY that all student Aggies who receive scholarships participate in the Aggie Gentz Student Development Institute (AGSDI) Ascension Leadership Cohort.

Scholarships awarded are based upon the availability of funds. Each application is evaluated based on 5 weighted criterion that includes the Application Essay, Academic Performance (GPA), Academic Progress (e.g. Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior), Financial Need (FAFSA Score) and Award Recurrence (Number of times receiving the award). We work directly with the Financial Aid office to review each scholarship applicant’s overall financial aid to ensure any scholarship award they receive does not negatively impact other aid the student has received or will be receiving with respect to cost to attend.
